Data Journey in Business According to the ETL Cycle
Visual mural to reset the cards on the game board in 3 stages: Data in action, AI in action, and Risk & Governance.
Visualization and learning of the data journey according to a predefined use case.
Reconstruction of the ETL process with concrete examples.

Participants must replace the game cards on the board according to the following use case: "Create reporting and dashboarding for the Marketing teams." The cards are distributed in 3 stages: Data in action, then AI in action, and finally Risks & Governance.
SECTION 2
Role-playing exercise: simulation of a fictional executive committee
Role-playing to align perspectives.
Ideation workshop focused on a Data/AI project following the framework of Business Value, Technological Challenges, People, and Budget.
Identify priorities and constraints for each function (business, data/IT, finance, marketing, sales) to create a common language.
Diagnosis, action plan, and inspiring use cases
Consolidation of learning and review of priority use cases for teams.
Align on a shared understanding of the overall data journey within the company and the key business challenges.
