Small group, very interactive (the trainer engages the group a lot, which is necessary to keep focus, especially for a remote training). 3 hour session are a bit long but at least you can achieve something.

Once we got started, we quickly managed to find topics we could discuss and areas where he could assist me. However, for improvement, it would be better to prepare in advance and spend more time at the beginning on defining needs and identifying which topics can be addressed, rather than having a casual chat and seeing where the discussion leads. 3. The seven sessions were very enriching and were full of topics, but it might be beneficial to space them out more over time. No On-Train directives on this point, we did one every week. Spacing out sessions over time allows us to work on different projects, tackle various problems, and gives us the chance to reflect further on what has already been covered and what can be explored further.
